WHAT happen TOO this PLACE...

I don't know nor have I dealt with them personally, but I do know that Mel, the founder of Total Pros, used to be the lead guy for Rightlook and left because of their poor business practices to start his own competing business.

Mel is a great guy so I hope they're still going, but from your post it doesn't sound like it.

I talked to Mel Craig at SEMA this year quite a bit and he said everything was going great?

This is Mel Craig and myself, Mel is on the right.

At RightlookCreative we work hard every day to service our customers. We have now been in business for over 11 years and have thousands of happy customers. We are the leading training company in the industry and our goal has always been to raise the bar in this industry through professional training and education. We have a great team of people who are passionate about this business. That said we are not perfect but we work to improve in every area each and every year. Trust me, you stay in business for 11 years by doing a lot of things right!

By the way Todd@bsaw, I had my first detail shop in Fond du Lac, WI way back in 1985. The Fox Valley is a great place.

Stephen,

Welcome to Autopia. We met a couple years ago at your facility. Nice to see you here.

I edited your post because it breaks our self-promotion rules. I think RightLook is known well enough that people can find you.

Welcome!

David

Boy, Mel looks just like Mike Phillips!

Hehe...I think you meant he's on YOUR left, the right side of the pic.

Thanks, I fixed it...

Just another case of typing too fast while thinking too slow...

:)

Thanks guys for the replies you think you can get in touch with him mike an put him in touch with me cause email an phone on site not working an maybe he don't know.

Again, my sincere apologies, Stephen, if my information about Mel was incorrect about his association with Rightlook. I took one of your seminars a few years ago (when Mel was still there) and was very impressed with your facility and training. My old detail shop used you as a supplier for chemicals and I detailed with 95% Rightlook products for a while before moving back here (to Appleton) and starting up my own detail operation.

If you look back on my past posts, I'm one of the few Autopia members that will back up your products because I have used them. :)

I meant no offense to you, Rightlook, or anybody else.

Also, welcome to Autopia!

Tried phone number again still says non working number but wesite is up an going i don't get it. anyone have info. on this place or mel maybe another number?
