What do you use as your LSP?

I used to use #26 and stopped because I thought EX-P looked better. EX-P was having rehazine issues so lately I've been using Pinnacle Signature, S100, Natty's, and Stoner Polymer Sealant. I still like S100 and Natty's for a wax but I would like a sealant. Stoner is good, but it doesn't have quite the look that EX-P had.

So basically I'm looking for a new sealant that I can buy in bulk and would also like a liquid wax that gives the same results as S100 or Natty's.

What do you guys use and why? What are the pro's and con's of what you use? I'd like to limit what I spend to no more then $50/gallon. Thanks.

I'm still using EX-P and really haven't had a problem with it.

For a Carnauba I carry P21S.

Another Sealant you can check out is BAF/PRO's (prowax.com) Profection. I used it for awhile and it's really easy to use. Only problem I found is the mad water beads go away after a few washes. They've assured me the product is still on the finish though. It's sold as a Warranty Sealant though that dealerships apply. Can always tell your customers that. You're providing the same product dealerships charge hundreds of dollars to have applied for a serious fraction of the cost.

Can also check out what Automotive Internations (Autoint.com) has to offer. I know they have some Warranty Sealant and your cost includes the cost of having them provide a warranty to the customer's vehicle. At least last time I checked it did. I believe you could also purchase it w/o the warranty.

If you want a sealant with the nuba' look, why don't you go with the EX. EX is a sealant with nuba' in it. Or, you could just use SG x 2 and add your favorite nuba' paste. I hope I read your question right!

My main LSPs are Meguiars #16, Poorboy's EX w/carnauba and Clearkote's Carnauba Moose. I can get a minimum of 3 months beading out of all three in the wax friendly Dallas area. True, beading isn't always a sign of true protection but that is that the customer will notice.

To a lesser degree (usually color dependent), I use Wolfgang, NXT Paste, EX-P, Glanz Wax, Optimum Car Wax, Souveran, Paste Glaz, Natty's and I'm playing around with Collinite. My one step product is Long Haul's Polish/Wax (very similar to Race Glaze's Polish/Sealant-the owner of both companies used to be partners).

If Shokar is ever made available, I'd serious consider switching to that as my main LSP...except on black since I prefer carnauba on that color.

My base LSP is SG x2.

My main LSP is either #16 or #26...still playing around with both of them. What do you guys think about layering these two? Which should go first???

Where can you buy Long haul's Polish/Wax?

I normally use UPP orBlackfire, but have recently used the Optimum line and am pleasantly surprised. Could very well split it down the middle, or at least use 1/3 of the time......

I found their product line at Pep Boys. Their QD is exactly the same as Race Glaze's Gloss Highlighter. Exactly. Their degreaser/bug remover is also a very good product. Nice find, if I do say so myself!

Joe-what kind of durability are you getting from #21?

Meguiars #21

My clients love it!

I was thinking about using that. The price probably won't be too bad and if it looks really nice then it will be a good choice. I've heard it has some durability issues, how long has it been lasting?
