What did you learn this week?

overbooking sucks!!!!! = no social life!

Seriously. 55-60 hours a week, multiple weeks in a row is killing me. I want my life back!

This week, I learned how useful pressure washers are on those "fabric-y" wheel wells. So much easier than APC, scrubbing, more scrubbing...etc.

After it broke on Thursday and having to use a temporary replacement until Monday, I learned that I'm entirely too dependent on my mobile phone for scheduling.

explaining benefits rather than technicalities of the process goes MUCH further in making the client more comfortable in using you!

YES!

I need to keep an eye on what is on the shelf for refilling product!!!! I ran out of powerfinish and I use it on nearly every detail! now I have to pay more for 2 day shipping (but I stocked up with 3 bottles) but I should be good for about 3-4 months now.

I learned that when a bottle falls on the ground and rolls down the driveway to sit in the gutter 2" from the curb, somehow IT WILL get run over right when it gets there even though one car comes down the street every 10 minutes! Murphy and your damn laws! D151 shot all over the street! :)
