What can I do to make my DG105 more visible while applying?

As anyone who uses or has used the 105 and actually many other products knows...DG105 just soaks right into the paint when applied. The instructions say to let it dry to a haze, but you can't dry what you can't see. Why does it soak into the paint the way it does? More importantly... aside from applying it and looking at it from every angle to make sure it's getting on the paint, is there anything else I can do to make it more visible?

When you are unsure if you are still getting product on the paint, wipe the applicator on a window. If it leaves product residue on the window (much easier to see on glass vs. paint), then you know your applicator still has enough product on it and you can continue applying.

Guitarist302008- Sounds like you're applying it properly thin :xyxthumbs

I almost always apply sealants too thinly for them to be really visible. I just work methodically and try to go by feel; there's a subtle diff between how the applicator moves across areas that have product on them and areas that don't.

Fogging the surface with your breath can help you see what's going on too, and I almost always do that when buffing off LSPs anyhow.
