what are you thankfull for today?

DETAILED TODAY?
1. to be working. money is always tight, but glad to be employed.

2. at 50, my health. overall its good. being treated for hypertension. but its under control. never had a broken bone or operation yet.
 
Im so thankful my Mom is Ok.She had chest, back,arm,jaw and teeth pain.She went to the ER fully expecting she was having a heart attack.

I was sick with worry for 2 hours but she called me(all happy sounding) and said she was home and they couldnt find anything wrong with her.

I have so many things to be thankful for but this is what Im thankful for the most right now.:rockon

Now that she has a clean bill of health you should let Ronkh take her out to eat

Im thankful I get off work at midnight.... Been on the phone with one of our new clients troubleshooting IT issues all day. And they are based in India.... Trying my best not to get fired since my new bosses wont give me proper training and continually ask me to do stuff I don't know how to do. Talking to someone in India isn't helping either, I am continuously having to ask them to repeat what they said. At least this is my last night of the week and tomorrow im having thanksgiving meal with my friends and their newborn baby.
 
Yesterday I was thankful to sit down with my family, tell jokes, laugh and witness happiness. As a child, you take for granted your family and the time you spend together. As you grow older and pursue life, you may not miss that time and assume that it will always be there when you are ready for it....

Several days ago my father was diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer. There is a very really chance this will be his last Thanksgiving. So I am thankful for that day, to have him there with my mom and my son before his health has deteriorated. I am reminded to not limit my thankfulness to just one day, but to today, tomorrow, and the rest of the days I can see them.

I am thankful to be reminded that time is limited and life works on its schedule not mine.

Sorry to hear Todd. My mother in law (who likes me more then her daughter :D) was diagnosed with lung cancer 2 weeks ago and is forgoing treatment

Yesterday was bitter sweet. I will keep your father and his doctors in my prayers

Thanks Dan for the prayers for my Mom. She was Ok for a few days and now having Pain again.They think its esophageal related.

Its the first time I ever told my Mom I loved her and what a great Mom shes been!That probably sounds odd but I grew up in a family where we never talked about feelings.

Its never to late to tell someone you love them!Too bad it took a health scare to prompt it.
