The Menzerna IP and FP? I want to get some pads that will be soecifically for those two Items. I already have 2 blue and one grey Propel pads and I plan on using those for AIO and VM products (ones with very little or no abrasives) The great pad I will use for Glazes, but I need some dedicated "polishing" pads for the serious prep work.

Please help me out.

Also, is there a diferrence between the Sonus pads and the propel pads?

I really like the Lake Country pads. I use them with a rotary. Your results may differ if you are using a PC. The Orange pads are great for correcting bad paint. follow up with a white pad. Then use your grey pad for your final with the AIO.

I can buy new pads if need be. I am thinking of buying 2 yellow pads from exceldetail.com. Are they good polishing pads? IP + FP + VM + RMG + LSP :bounce

I personally think IP lends itself to a white pad, and FPII lends itself best to a finishing pad. You can use an orange pad for IP, but if the swirls are bad you should use powergloss with the orange. I like Lake County type pads too.

I use the orange pad with IP and the white for FP II. I use the grey pad and the red "concourse" pad for LSP's.

PowerGloss~for use with a rotory only.

IP~ by pc works great with a orange pad

FPII~works best with CMA/white
