What About Products Not Available Here ??

Any suggestions if I can't find a product here that I want to purchase? I want to give my business to all that support DC as opposed to other websites that aren't sponsors, but some of our sponsors don't have what I want to get.

Maybe this is a dumb question, as the vast majority of my $$$ are being spent here (in only 2 weeks, mind you!!)...but I didn't want to be seen as a traitor.

And since this question is one of my more irrelevant ones....may as well ask another: how do I print those smiley faces above? I keep clicking on some of them and they never show up in my text.

First, if there is something you can't find, you can always check with Dwayne.............. sometimes he can get stuff that you don't see on the site.

You can also check out the other sponsors sites.................. like AutoGeek, PinnacleWax, Poorboys World...... etc.

If you still can find it............... you can try some of these...........

I'm sure others can give some equally good links.

As for the smiley's, make sure your browsers security is set to "allow" scripting. You can also print out the smileys page, and just type in the text for the smiley............. like a colonD is this :D
 
You won't be seen as a traitor. Somtimes for whatever reason some of us do feel the need to buy a product from another vendor.
It sounds like you are doing more than your share to support the sponsors already.
Don't let it get around, but you really don't even have to respect the mullet.:D

Kinda like that.

Some boards have an "enable smilies" option in the users profile. I didn't see that in the DC profile options, so it must be the default.

Dumb question....is Dwayne a poster here who also owns one of the sponsor sites? I recall reading something by Dwayne about being banned somewhere else -- confused if it's the same one, or a different one.

I didn't realize that the sponsors themselves might be posting here....figured they were big companies too busy to be spending time here, glad I'm wrong!

I don't think Dwayne would be banned here (unless The Fuzz does an April Fool's joke on him!).
I think you may be thinking of "Wayne."
 
Dwayne's site is Premium Auto Care, the primary sponsor of this discussion board. I can also vouch for Dwayne's ability to obtain items that are not normally available through the PAC website. He has handled a few special orders for me in the past.

While I try to support the sponsors whenever feasible, I do occassionally make purchases from sites that are not sponsors. Sometimes there are sales, clearance items, or exclusive offers that the sponsors just cannot match.
