West Coast shipping idea...Thoughts?

Ray this one`s for you. For those of us out west waiting for an order can feel like a lifetime.

Autogeek has this as an option for us out west if the order meets certain criteria.

West Coast Shipping

All you need to do is put “Upgrade my shipping to West Coast!” in the comments box. We will pick up the extra charge and you will get your items faster!
If your state is in red you are eligible for this upgrade.

*When calculating delivery, remember to only count working UPS days. The day of shipment can not be included when calculating the delivery date. IE if your order ships on Monday, Tuesday would be the first day of shipment and delivery would be on Thursday. Exclude Saturdays, Sundays and non-working holidays. This is for in stock items only; we cannot do this for orders with aerosols or oversized orders which include but are not limited to heavy liquids (gallon), case lots/bulk items, complete wash systems, carpet extractors and vacuums/blowers.
To qualify orders must be over $95

Would this be a viable option for us west coasters?
 
I honestly thought that Connect was targeted at us West Coast guys, but they stopped selling the membership lol. I tried using that west coast shipping once, but since I ordered a gallon of something, they said they could only do it regular shipping. I was thinking "Man, does this west coast shipping only count when I dont order liquids?"
 
It depends on the weight of the package as well. I just used this on my last autogeek order and I got it 3 days after I received the shipping notice. I didn`t order any gallons. I always put it in the comments field regardless and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn`t because of the weight. Still better this option than nothing.
 
I can`t feel bad for you all. Most times even to NY and having connect I feel like my orders havent come in 3 days either. It sucks. lol
