Wow what a a freaking awesome lookin car, the car is old has a few rusty spots, stuill has swirls and all etc .... but damn what a difference, no pics yet but soon but this is what i used

1. wshed car with EO wet car wash

2. mothers pre wax cleaner

3.mother sealer and glaze

4. megs nxt

5.turtle wax ultra shine protectant interior

6.michelin all 3 step tire and wheel care system

7.stoner IG

8.back to black on trim

9.mothers chrome polish on rear luggage rack

10.turtle wax power out carpet and seat cleaner

It made such a difference to the car, just the damn rust spot in the bottom corner near the rear tire on the drivers side and passenger side is the only bad part that pisses me off

Sounds great, but :showpics so get those pics up ASAP and then we can all drool over your work! :D :up

Any reason you decided to go with OTC products?

I need a good digital camera an well today it poured rain so it sucked :D this week hopefully i will do my best to wash the car and then maybe use some qd on it to bring the shine back, maybe i will use a coat of twpug over nxt to make it shine b/c the nxt shine will probably suck balls after. I hate rain, my work was not that great but without more time and a pc it probably wouldn't get any better :( Next time i will try beter products, nxt didn't impress me much at all. I am pretty disappointed :down

1993 Ford Tempo :woot: LOL it's what i got, can't help that but the paint is in great shape for it's year along with the car except a few spots (in thier common areas) that are a little rusty, paint rubbed off on bottom of door plus one rust hole that i havn't fixed yet, looks bad with the hole and the other spot i fixed before i did a good job of it but uit was last in the fall and with all the moisture in the air etc.. the rust is kinda comin back. I am going to strip it all down resand it,prep it really well smoothen it all out repaint it and let it sit awhile with heaters all around and then sand, paint again, sand, paint again then put a couple coats of clear. The paint doesn't exactly match either even though it's the right touch up paint, it's in a place yah don't look at anyway, down in the bottom corner along the bottom of the car at the rear wheels.

Besides that the paint and finish are in great shape and couldn't ask for more for it's year. Damn the salt and harsh canadian winters  A few years i will have another car but for now it's what i got:)
