Well, thinking i really did not need a new one. This morning i got out my org. one and set it up. Running off the current OUTSIDE TEMP SENSOR from the new one. Going to let it be and see if it functions ok. I am thinking it was a bad OUTSIDE TEMP SENSOR. But there was no way to tell this without this test. If thats the case, i'll take the new one back $50, and order a new sensor for $10.

WOW. That was quick. New sensor arrived just now. Did the set up. Hopefully it will be ok now. Has to go thru a 14 day learning mode till it starts to forcast.
