What would be the difference, if any, in using this compared to a foam pad? There's been times where I use up my little foam pads, but I have grout sponges laying around. Would this hurt to use? Granet, I would cut the sponge into smaller pieces.
I dont think I would use a grout sponge on my paint. Wheels yes, but not paint. MF applicator pads, foam pads, etc are relatively inexpensive. Why risk it?
I was under the impression that grout sponges are made of high density foam. If these are the sponges that I am thinking of I wouldn't want to use them on my paint. How soft are your grout sponges compared to your applicator pads?
