Wax on trim

What is the best way to get white wax marks off of the plastic trim? I accidently got some on the black trim on the drivers door mirror. I have tried a couple of trim treatments, back to black being one, but the white wax marks bleed through again after a short time.

I have had good results with the BlackWow: Pre-Wow. Spray is on and agitate and the wax and other residue begins to come off. Another option is an APc solution.

i have had good luck with APC's and a product called wax remover(smells like rubbing alcohol)

I just used a Mr. Clean magic eraser on my my Sorento's black trim with good results.

Poorboys World, Trim Restore with a tooth brush. In some cases WD40 with the same application and believe this one or not, peanut butter. Really its the oil in the PB so if you have that with a tooth brush it will work just fine.

My go to for this is PB Trim Restore.

Any high quality APC will work great. Several good ones have been mentioned on this thread already.

My wifes VW had some white wax marks on her black plastic trip and I used BF Tire Gel to darken the trim on the whole car, worked great. I also have used on the black running boards on my truck, darkens them up nicely.
