Wax as U Dry

havent used it but i woudl doubt that it would be a good lsp. I doubt it can give a great look or durability

I have a bottle but haven't had a chance to use it yet. But as GregCavi said I don't believe it would be good as a LSP. I abelieve it's basically used for a quick shine boost after washing.

My understanding was that it was mostly used to eliminate streaks and waterspots when drying, thereby making the car more shiney.

I've used it and its actually pretty darn good. If you put into perspective how little it costs per use and how easy it use, its a very good product... Basically it makes the paint less streaky and slicker after you dry the car. There is definately some level of pertection being put down. How much? I don't know but i'm sure its not comparable to a traditional lsp. But i think it works well after washes in between full details. You end up using very little product so a bottle will last you a long time...give it a shot :bigups

I've considered buying some, but unless there's something that makes it specifically better than any other spray wax/QD, then I'll just grab some Meguiar's Spray Wax on clearance, or stick to using my claymagic QD after each wash.

Was going to try it tonight after I washed my car, but it got too dark out - heck if I even know how my car came out!:bigscream

I bought it at PEP BOYS - it's FREE AFTER REBATE through the month of April, up to $6.99 - which was the price I paid.

If you use it, will you post what you think, please:)

I use it every once in a while while I'm home on school breaks on my moms car and my grandmas car. I usually just have enough time to wash their cars while I'm home so I use Wax As U Dry just as a little protection until I can fully detail their cars or get a good coat of wax on. Water actually beads up on the car and leaves a slick finish. Nothing beats a good coat of wax but this stuff works great!!

I bought the 2 bottle pack from Costco and gave one to my sister. The benefit to this product is that you can skip the dry step after washing and go straight to waxing. The shine is decent and it goes on and comes off easy. Has a nice carnuba look on red. My sister loves the product, but she's less picky and more lazy than I. I do not use this product often as I prefer the look of other products, but for a quick wax, it does a decent job.

This is a good product for a quick boost of protection/shine. I use it about once every 5 washes.

I've used this product a lot and really liked it. It won't give you the depth and durability of a regular wax but it's a very good booster wax. It'll give your paint a very nice shine and it's also very slick. If you like a nice bright shine, then this stuff is for you. But if you prefer that deep dark reflection that you find on high end waxes such as PS, zymol, s100 etc... then you may not like this product. But overall, this stuff is worth a try.
