Water Spots!

What is the easiest way to remove hard water spots or acid rain spots off of glass and the windshield. Do you guys remove these on a normal detail or do you charge more? I am thinking of trying Meg. #9 SMR and see how that works. Any ideas for removing these stubborn things on vehicles.

I think removal method depends on how long the spots have been there. If it has been under a week, you can try a vinegar solution. Wash the glass, apply vinegar, wash the glass again. If it has been longer than a week, you may need to polish the glass...
