Water spots on my wheels... please help

I have a set of iforged wheels that have a polish lip and brushed centers with no clear coat on any part of the wheel.



I have water spots on the lip and the center portion of the wheels. I have tried a clay bar, white vinigar, simple greedn, mothers billet polish and i cant seem to get them out. i even used a mothers power ball with the polish and it did make the wheels nice and shinny but the small water spots are still there.



Can you guys recommend something... perhaps a stronger cleaner.

I read in one of the how to's to use vinegar to remove water spots. I have not tried it my self but I will soon.
