Water Restrictions

Here in South Florida we are soon to be under mandatory water retrictions.

We will be allowed to water lawns and, more importantly, wash cars only between 4AM and 8AM three days per week.

My questions are: What is the best waterless car wash? And how do you keep from causing scratches with that substance?

What is the difference between QDs and waterless wash products? How do you remove bake dust without water?

Get up a between 4:00 and 7:00 AM and do it right.

Id like to actually help save water by only washing the car once every two weeks or so.

Already thought about getting up earlyhttp://autopia.org/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

With ONR you can wash with 2 gallons of water, 1 in a pinch. That's it, total. In between, if you like, you can just use QD, in fact you can mix up your own cleaner QD from ONR very economically.

Use ONR and go to the store and buy 2 gallons of bottled water. Then wash your car anytime you want. I'm not sure if that would be a violation but don't see why it would be.

John - I'll give you a call next time I'm working in PBH - I'll probably end up having to do an ONR wash on the customer's car, so I can show you how I do it.

P.S. I ordered Polycharger CH2 :).
