Cool now you have to do some objective reporting on them. The only one of those that I have tried is the carpet cleaner and it is my new favorite it cleans stains well and leaves a clean smell for a few days. :up

Dang Bill, you scored big on that one. Geekysteve just received a ton of TWTG. Between the two of you you're ready to open a store.

For those looking for other great deals, I saw some good ones at Pep Boys last week. For example, Meguiar's Final Inspection for $2.80/bottle - was $6.00.

hey, a farmstore going out of business is where I got my brush :xyxthumbs didn't have quite as much luck as you did ;)

So I have a gas pressure washer that was given to me and I wanted to ask the community if there is a standard for water pressure into the unit.

Where I live has really low water pressure because of the age of the main water line to the house from the street. I don't want to ruin the pressure washer by providing a very low input pressure.

Should I go with an electric model? Do they need less input pressure?? If I had to guess I would say I have less than 40# of pressure at the hose end.

Thanks for any input.

The standard household pressure is 42 to 50 where I live. We have plenty of water flow and if you're around 40, it sounds like you have plenty of water flow to the equipment.

I had run a gas one at 35 to 40 psi but my problem was flow (needed 3 gpm so really need a 3+ flow). I have a had a well system that could not keep up (low output well pump and small holding tank.)

So I decided to just keep the gas unit. I went to home depot and bought a gun, wand, quick connects, tips and the foam attachment.

I played with it for a few minutes tonight. The gun works great, has a solid feel to it. The foam attachment works well, I sprayed the garage siding with it. I can't wait to clean a car now with this, I'm sure I have been missing out with getting crap rinsed off the car before washing.
