i have started using the Sonus Drying towels, man are they great, my question is should I wash them after each use or could I just rinse them in the machine and dry them? i mean the car is clean when I dry it right?

Only machine wash if they are really dirty, if not a lite wash and rinse should be fine. I had a one of these towels are they are great.

I always wash mine just to be on the safe side in case I missed a spot or the towel picked up some grit/dirt while drying. I wouldn't trust a rinse. You purchased expensive mf towels to help cut down on marring and by not using a clean towel each and every time I think that's defeating the purpose.

i have a couple of drying towels that i use before i do a wash (along with my mf's), so that way you don't have to do a wash each time you use them and waste water...

Yes, I also forgot to mention that I have plenty of towels so I wait until I can at least wash a small load. I wouldn't want to waste water either by washing just one drying towel.

My washer has a very small load setting on it that I use to wash the WW towel, and the other MF"s used for the wash.

Better to be safe than sorry when you are talking about possible marring IMO. It's too easy to pick up a little grit/dirt even on a "clean car" that's just been washed.
