Wash containment systems

Is anyone using a car wash mat for containing water? I was thinking it could be useful for garage washing if you did not have a floor drain. The prices are dropping..looks like they are under $600 now (BMW included for $50K more).

Used one years ago called the Latimat. Might be the same or very similar. Great for capturing the water.

I was looking at that one recently, too. Some years ago I had a fantasy of using one in my garage in the winter, but it really seems like it wouldn't be any less work than a slow ONR desalting.

A sump pump to the back yard is only $850. Completely eliminates the hassle of set up, pumping, and take down of a heavy containment blanket.

Re: mobile washers, I pity the poor one man show who has to deal with a 75-100 lb containment device for every wash/detail.
