thanks, doing alot better now, 10 days get the cast off then pull the staples out and get a new walking cast for 4 weeks

this was me last year... and I had to do this three times...

Yes you need to keep up on those meds...

the first night i work up every two hours to take half the dose and I never had a problem... but you really need to stay ahead other wise i heard it's hell

thanks guys, this happened just walking home and slipped on the ice/snow we got sunday, and came down wrong and heard the "POP". but i did try to get back up and walk... HAHAHAH what a mistake!!! I tried to crab crawl two blocks to my house, but NOPE.

I flagged down a car which happened to be a cop and he called for the ambulance. 1 plate 6 bolts and 2 screws later i have this.
