I really like mine for house cleaning more than for the car. I think the real secret to these is to have a towel wrapped around the utensil your using and let it get moist and reeeeealy hot. It seems to melt hardened dirt and grease without getting water and nasty cleaning agents everywhere.
I like the floor cleaning attachment with a doubled up towel, it's nice to clean a floor and have it dry in no time. The wallpaper attachment is useful for steam loosening
dirt on any flat surface.
I wish they made a small towel holding utensil, but i just use an old sweeper nozell.
It works but it's a pain holding the towel on.
In summary, this steamer is worth the price if you just use it to clean your range and range hood.
