Waffle Weave Towel

I have been using an Aborber to dry my car since I can remember, I have been curious about the waffle weave towel. This past weekend I went to the Good Guys Car Show and I bought a small waffle towel (14"x14") from the Mothers vender. It works great for drying my car, will it also work better than a MF towel for buffing my car also.

Waffle Weave is for drying due to its "thirstyness" as it can hold a ton of water. It prolly won't improve your buffing, though. Stick to regular MF, or try out Ranney's Ultra-Fine MF. They work great for final buffing.

I have been having great results with my waffle weave MF towel for drying.

I like it cause it is very thirsty (able to hold water) and seems very gentle on my finish. Oh, and no lint!

I just got my first WW MF and wouldn't give it up for anyting one of my best tools in my tool box! I still have an Adsorber for other uses but no longer on painted surfaces.

WW is the best drying towel I have ever used. It holds water like the hoover dam. It also very easy to use when drying a car...especially if you have a large WW. I can dry a car in half the time using a WW, plus it doesn't leave streaks, etc.

I've gotten to the point where I seldom use regular mf's anymore and instead opt for the ww in almost all situations. I can't even think of a situation where I prefer regular mf's. I prefer the ww's for wax/polish/sealant removal, window washing, drying, dusting, using with Spray & Wipe......you name it.

I now have several of small, large and huge sizes. Some are the light weight gray and the large ones are all heavier weight blue ones.

WW MF are the best things I have used for drying. They are also great for windows, no lint, lots of bite, and glide over the glass without grabbing.
