Vinylex leaving streaks

I used this product on my plastic headlight bezels on my GN. I applied with a mf towel, rubbed it in like the instructions said, and walked away. Came back and I saw streaks. Did I put on too much? Or better to buff off the excess after it sets in?

You need to do a final buff with a dry cotton towel which removes any excess and helps to set the resins.......

Buffed it and no more streaks!

Plexus is even better for shiny plastic, and 303 is better for matte surfaces.

Oh good I got some 303 today. Can't wait to try it out to see how it looks on my black plastic trim
