Does rain/washing make it "streak" or otherwise migrate to surrounding areas?

IME, it will a little, BUT if you wipe it down afterwards with a dedicated MF it will decrease this effect.

I use to use this product a lot for trim, but I now prefer #38. #38 is more durable, requires less product per application, and is available in quart sizes.

Either way, great results!!!

Got an email from a customer saying how this product ran like crazy.

I cleaned the trim with GR-40 trim cleaner, then did 2 light coats of the trim detailer, and after 10 mins, buffed off. I'll still with PB Trim Restorer.

I like this product, though you have to be careful on what types of plastic you put it on and make sure you buff it off.

I found PB trim restore to be virtually useless.

Corey,

Did you see the Honda CRV I did? Trim Restorer brought the bumpers back from the dead.

Maybe it was the plastic I was using it on. All of these products don't work well on every type of plastic.

I really like the GC TD. I use it all the time on the trim on my boat that take a beating in the sun. I use it all the time on the trim on my 300ZX also. I recently picked up a bottle of Megs #38 Trim and Tire Gel. I tried the 2 side by side and I think I like the GC better.

OK, gotcha, thanks for posting that. If #38 is more durable this might not be the thing for me (#38 was too prone to running/etc. for my taste). Sigh...the search for the right ERV dressing (for me) goes on....
