I was looking for some kind of checklist and I found something over on AutoGeek. It was horribly formatted though so I've spent the better part of this evening fixing it to my satisfaction. Care to take a look and suggest any changes?

Wow, that's really good. I've been typing up my own and looking for suggestions. I really think this is a crucial key to one's success. Not only does it make you look professional, but it captures your client's information. Something I wasn't doing until a few weeks ago! Dumb me...
