Meguiar's Mirror Glaze Mild Claybar with ONR Clay Lubricant

Meguiar's Flagship Marine All-Metal Polish

Touch-up all rock chips/flaked paint with Snowcrest White and Inca Silver Metallic



Day 2 - 11.5 hours

Meguiar's M85 Diamond Cut Compound 2.0, (2) Meguiar's W7006 foam cutting pads (1 for white, 1 for silver), Meguiar's G110 D/A @ speed 6

Meguiar's Ultimate Compound, (2) Meguiar's W8006 foam polishing pads (1 for white, 1 for silver), Meguiar's G110 D/A @ speed 6

Meguiar's SwirlX, Meguiar's W8006 foam polishing pad, Meguiar's G110 D/A @ speed 5

Meguiar's M7 Show Car Glaze, Meguiar's W9006 foam finishing pad, Meguiar's G110 D/A @ speed 4

Great job - does this car have the original paint? I love how you fixed it up and kept some of the patina of that paint job.
 
Apparently, "survivors" bring in a LOT of money at auction and retail... like, deep into 6 figures.







I've also been asked to give price quotes on 5 other vintage cars... 1953 Corvette, 1957 Corvette, 1963 Corvette Split-Window Coupe (my absolute DREAM car), 1966 Chevelle SS, and a 1973(?) Dodge Dart Swinger. I'm a total gearhead/hotrodder... you can imagine my excitement to get asked for these.

They sure can! To some an all original car in good shape is worth more than a fully restored car in concours condition.

Survivors are great - why have a rebuilt car when you can have it all original. As for the vintage cars that is awesome - the corvette is my dream car too!
