Drove by a detail shop yesterday in MI and noticed that they advertised that they were a USAA member and certified. Anybody ever heard of this and know anything about it?

I'm uninformed, but I sincerely doubt hat ANY insurance company has a certification program for detailers.
Someone, on one of our boards, would have mentioned it by now.
I am the "first choice detailer" for the local Progressive Claim Center. They have no such program. BTW, they are impressively professional in their standards!
