UPP & Natty's combo?

I read somewhere that there may be issues putting Natty's (regular) on top of UPP. Is this so?

While I have this thread open, which would give a brighter, more flake-popping finish - UPP & Natty's (regular) or EX & Natty's (regular)? I'd prep by claying, PB Pro Polish and AIO or UPC, and finish by spit shinning the Natty's.

Your 2 cents is greatly appreciated.
 
I'd split the hood in 1/2 and do a different combo on each 1/2. That way you can decide for yourself which look you like better.
 
That is a good idea. However, since I've entirely redone my car just about every couple weekends trying new combos and such, I need to come to a final solution for the winter. So, assuming this is the weekend to apply the finish I want to maintain all winter long, I think I'll go straight PB's.

This will free up a bunch of the remaining weekends to start winterizing the house, planting bulbs, raking leaves, draining gas from the mowers, blah, blah, blah; none of which is as much fun as detailing.
 
I'm not sure what issues you're refering to but I've used both combo's on my red mustang and didn't have a problem with either one. Personally I liked the UPP & Natty's a little better because I felt it looked darker but both looked great to me. Right now I have the EX/Natty's but will probably go with the upp again next time, or try something completely different. :-p
 
It seems there aren't any probs, as I had expected. I could have sworn I read a fairly lengthy post about it. Anyway, thanks for the input.
