Update on Blackfire...

It's been one week since I put the Blackfire products on my car. The results have been amazing so far.

1) I haven't found my car attracting dust and dirt like some have said. I dunno... I live near Chicago, and it's been pretty dry around here. Maybe I've been lucky.

2) The slickness of the car was still severely evident after a wash this morning. There was several evenings of rain here, which the wax seemed to handle rather well...

3) I'm not used to water sheeting off paint, instead of beading like I've grown accustom to. It was cool to wash the water just sheet right off the car when spraying it down this morning.

4) Its durability through the first week seemed to be ok. I'd have to give it some more time to comment on this area...

I did manage to put another coat of the paint protectant on this morning. The car has never looked better.

Thanks again all. This site is great! I'll be sure keep everyone update on the durability.

:xyxthumbs :bow Awesome, man! Looks great!! I have loved Blackfire as well. I've had a lot of business just from people seeing the before and after of their car when I use Blackfire on it. Great choice in cars too. Very nice.

Your car looks great. I was wondering if you were using the Blackfire wash and shampoo? I got some with my BF order but don't know if I want to use it based upon what some people have said. Of course many people also said they had a dust problem and I haven't seen any evidence of that either. So far the car just looks great and this was sure some easy stuff to use.

Same here. I washed mine last night with Black Fire's soap and it didn't bead up at all. It came off in Sheets. The soap didn't leave a film either.

I did my car last week as well and it's holding up just fine....Let's see what it looks like towards the end of summer.

Nope... I don't ever use any type of soap unless it's DAWN when I starting fresh on a car. Just a hose, some water and a sheepskin mit. :D

And now that my Water Bandit and Cali. Water Blade have arrived, I'm ready to take on the world!!! :xyxthumbs

Lovely job! Did you top coat BF with any carnauba-type wax?

Nope... That's Blackfire at its finest.

I haven't really thought about topping it with any carnauba wax.

What are the benifits of doing something like that???
