need some advice on the last step of a detail on my mustang. I have polished out about 90-95% of the swirks and scratches out with 4 inch orange pad on my PC and using the ZPC. My problem is what to use for the next step? I have 4 inch green pads, and 4 inch white pads and even some blue pads that I can use. What product should I use? I have been reading and see ultrafina mentioned a lot, I have the ZPC that I could use, I have also heard good things about Danase swirl abolisher 1 as well as good things about the wolfgang stuff? i know I could be opening a can of worms but do you think that the ZPC and white pad would finish it off or do I need some more products. I also have the danase pure polish as well. I will top the car with DWG and Zaino and maybe a layer of CMW. But I know I need to get the prep work done first. What is next guys need some help here please!

I'd say give ZPC and White or Blue a go, you own the polish already. If you do want to get somthing else i've had great sucess with Ultrafina and Black Pads.

Thanks for the reply, not getting as many as I thought I would, but maybe just asking a sily question not sure but thanks for the insight

What color is your car?

You could try the ZPC with one of the lighter pads to see how well it finishes off. I'd recommend using speed 4.5-5.

If you feel you need a little finer finish, I'd recommend Optimum Poliseal. It's relatively inexpensive, super easy to apply and take off, and can act either as a light polish, or a topper with durability. I'd recommend using some 5.5" pads though. The 4" are great if you need to do heavier correction with a pc, but will seriously slow down the process for final polishing or application of toppers.

UF SE is great stuff, but you really need a rotary to use it properly, and it's expensive.
