Turns out it was a gem in disguise...

My Acura Legend's paint and finish was neglected for 15 years, 220,000 miles. I'm coming up on my "Wow-I-actually-care-about-how-my-car-looks-iversary" in August, so I decided that I am annoyed with my car's finish.

Here is the paint before:

Looks great. There's someone on here who has 400K+++ on his legend coupe. Those cars look amazing when they're clean.

Thanks! Yeah, that guy is 4cruizn. His car is soooo amazing!

I'm proud to be a Legend owner after seeing your pics. Your seats look great after 15 years - were they redone at some point?

My '92's condition isn't quite that stunning, but it still looks good. It's funny: The car is 18 years old, but it still turns heads when it's washed and detailed. And yes, 4cruizn's Legend is beautiful in person.

Wow! What a compliment! Yes, the driver's seat was redone, but the rest of the leather is original.

And PS: *** YOU'VE SEEN 4CRUIZN'S LEGEND IN PERSON??????? I have always wanted to see it!!

Wow! What a compliment! Yes, the driver's seat was redone twice, the rest of the leather was redone once.
