I searched this tire dressing and didn't find that many posts. Are many people using this? I like a really shiny look. Does it really look shiny for over a month? I'm used to reapplying z-16 every wash,do you really not need to reapply this every wash?

I bought it used it I though it was just OK. The tire cleaner was good. The shine was not like the pic I had seen. It did last for a long time. At the time I had tires with white raised lettering. This made it hard to apply the product. I also got it on my wheel. ( chrome rim) That was a year and a half ago. It is just now wearing off. My thoughts on the product are: If you have all black tires,no lettering, clean the tire real good, and apply in thin coats. It will last and shine for about 2 to 3 nonths. The trick is not to put it on over the brown or dirt. Because it is a sealant and whatever you cover over with it,is there to stay. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 7. JMO

I purchased it and tested it on a personal vehicle. The tire cleaner they provide with the kit is marginal. I found that A2Z or white wall tire cleaner was much better at removing baked in tire gel. You need to get the tire surface clean and clear of all previous tire shine products before the application, and the included cleaner just didn't do that. I would just purchase the tire clearcoat product and go buy my own tire cleaner. I have had the product on the tires for about 3 months now. The tires still look good and I love that fact that I don't have to keep applying it after a wash or rain. It dries dry to the touch, no sticky goo. I'm now selling this service/product to regular customers. If they will pay to buy it up front, I can skip a step on future washes by not touching the tires, which saves me time/money.
