Troubleshooting a Silver cars paint

This is alittle tough to explain, but I;ll give it a go..



After I wash the roof, hood, back trunk, the paint looks fine...but as i am drying with BB, the paint turns shadowy then clear. Its different every time I wipe when its wet. When it dry I can't make it change. It looks terrible. Its like you have white side and a dark side of domino's and you go one way its light and the other it dark

but then changes to what ever it wants to after i dry it...



1. I tried PC with Fine Cut and then Swirl Remover ..Nothing

When i Klasse it looks terrible.

The sides look good....Any ideas?

I have a silver PT Cruiser that has a problem. Under very damp conditions the paint on the back right corner of the tailgate will cloud. It appears that moisture gets between the clear coat and paint. I can just wait until conditions change or use a hair dryer. The point is maybe its not a surface problem.
 
If moisture under your clear is the problem, then detailing will not help, but then it will not hurt.



Hopefully someone with more experience will answer.

Wondering if letting it dry longer would have been better........to late ..gave the car back...

it was a freebie though....but i wanted to to better..
