TRIM Specific Coatings

Whether it Gtechniq, Gyeon, etc - have ya`ll noticed a DIFFERENCE in each manuf. lineup when they have a ~coating~ that is specific for trim ?

To analogize, is it like the bodyshop painting plastics, where they add flex additives, etc to deal with it being plastic/rubber.
And in some cases, my bodyshop won`t event paint certain plastics as they can`t stand behind it cause they know it won`t hold up.

Or are you in the camp of same sh1t, different name with such *coating* trim products. Over at DW, they seem to suggest that the Gtechniq lineup is all the same, just different bottle volume//pricepoints.

GTechniq has been the best one I have used on hard plastic trim.

On softer trim Meguiar`s Tire and Trim Gel.

Have tried many and in process of using up old product before settling on these 2.

Of course I will be tempted, but must resist, until clear space on my shelves.
