I have tree sap all over my paint and windows, any ideas on what works to get it off?

tree sap removal

I would start by wetting the surface, spraying on a mild citrus degreaser, and letting that sit for a few minutes to soften the tree sap (do this in the shade, and DO NOT let the degreaser solution dry on the car!), rinse the car off, and then clay bar the surface to remove the tar.

Get a HOT wet towel and cover the affected area to soften the sap. Use hot water a APC on a cloth and it should clean up nicely...

Isopropyl alcohol with microfiber. After you get it cleaned off, clean the windows with window cleaner, and go over with razor blade to make sure nothing was missed.

DO NOT use clay until it's completely cleaned off because it will marr.
