A new client brought this in for an exterior wash/wax and a basic interior. The inside was totally hammered and the outside was littered with tar and yellow road paint. It was interesting to hear that my client, who now is going to book two additional vehicles said that she contacted two other detailers in my area for quotes and consults. The one never called her back and the other quoted her $600. (which to me is the, "I really don`t want to do this, but if you want me to...this is what it will cost") price. Like I said, the interior was hammered...food caked under the seats, dirt, mud, etc. The owner has horses and has only cleaned the truck once since she had it. The inside alone took 2.5 hours. It is going to come back for a full interior detail/shampoo in the near future....but the point is that I earned a client, hopefully for life!
