Toyota Paint?

Hi all,



I just got a new daily driver, a Toyota Rav4. I've heard about soft Honda paint and I was curious how Toyota compares to it detailing wise.



I've got a new Pinnacle Ultra clay bar just waiting to hit it.

Well IMO, toyota paints would be nicer to work with compared to Honda's as it doesn't heat up that fast. But I do notice a diff in a vios 03' and vios 07', whereby the 07' model gotten softer. But generally i would say that toyota's paintwork is slightly harder then Honda's.

Toyota paint is not as soft as Honda paint generally. I recently detailed a black Camry and the paint was pretty easy to work with and came out very nicely.
