Finally purchased a CD in I don't know how many years. Anyway the band, Tourmaline, is a friend from school's band. He was in 1 of my sociology classes in the fall semster and 2 in the spring. I got to be pretty good friends with him, and midway through the spring his band got signed to a small record label. I'm really happy for them and really hope they hit it big. I know he was promotoing and playing shows all through the summer, and taking a semster off of school to promote. I really liked their music, he gave me a cd with a couple songs. So this past Tuesday their cd, Strange Distress Calls, came out and i've been listening to it ever since. Their music for some reason is interesting to me...let me know what you think of them.
