Totally Psyched...my New BMW 330i M Sport Arrived...Insight Requested...

Well, it finally arrived this week and I went to see it today. My new 330i M Sport arrived in Mystic Blue Metallic and Anthricate interior. I get it next Saturday, and I am trying to decide on what combination to use on the finish.



I figure...

Klasse AIO x2

Klasse SG x3

P21S Carnuba topper



How does this sound for a combination on a darker car. This is my first dark car; I am use to silver on my Mustang and my old 330i so I am a bit hesitant.



Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Looks good to me...I know it's a new car but do yourself a favor...ask them not to detail it before you take posession as some dealers know what they're doing and some don't...if it's new make sure you treat it right from the start.



As for the process. I'd put Clay in there (yes, even though it's new) and I wouldn't worry about the second layer of AIO...pretty much redundant as it will strip away the first layer you put on the paint. Other than that you should be very happy with the results.

Well, I picked up the car today from the dealership and "Mike" at The BMW Experience Centre did an amazing job on this car, as he did the 2003 330i that I just traded. I plan to build off of his base of Vanilla Moose tomorrow as I got caught in the rain coming home from Toronto tonight.



Here are shots of the car thus far...the finish is beautiful...I love BMW's paint and how thick it looks with proper prep and detailing.

Yes, I am a bit excited to get at this car...I love the colour.

The P21S topper should work great on your new 330i M Sport. I can also recommend Pinnacle Signature Series and of course, Souveran as a final topper. Please post more pics when you get a chance.

I think your process looks good. You may want to try Pinnacle Souveran at some point on that color. It works on darker blues.
 
Very nice color combo, I like the aclantra bolsters. I didn't realize that BMW was offering carbon fibre trim, it seems to work pretty well though with the rest of the interior.
