Top Notch Detailing: SRT8 Jeep, SRT8 Charger, Audi A4 Conv, A6, ES300, G37

Have not posted in a bit so I figured I would finally get some pics of the detailing weekend I just under 2 weeks ago.

SRT 8 Jeep was in good condition swirl wise, but the paint needed some claying. Here are the steps I followed completing this detail...

Last is the G37, I am honest so I will tell you that the customer was not 100% satisfied and stated he still sees some light swirls left behind. In my defense though the customer was looking not to pay for the level of work the car truly needed and I caved in not to let the customer walk. What I did was Wash the car and then I polished via rotary using SIP on the hood, roof, and trunk lid. I then followed the whole car using FP with a white pad on my Hitachi rotary. I had originally quoted for 1 level of polish but ended up doing 2 on the problem areas so I would get a happy customer. The car was sealed using Jeff CJ.

The customer called me back and advised me he could still see some light swirling on the side panels and I have agreed to over my work and charging only for the extra step at this point. I hope this sounds fair to everyone here. I hate to see someone upset with any work that I have completed if you know what I mean. Anyway here are the pics I took of the completed car.
