to many LSP's in a short time

Ok so I have been trying all kinds of new stuff out the last few weeks / month and I should be getting my new pads, SSR's , and EX-P. My question is, I have at least 4 different types of wax / sealents that have been applied in the time frame mentioned above..., so how can I make sure that they are all removed before I start my plan:
wash
clay
SSR's
EX-P mabey x2 or x3?
Natty's blue

Also is there an advantage to using some kind of cleaner after the SSR's to remove ALL products to give the EX-P a better surface to bond to?

And lastly if I was not going to use SSR's and had the same ammount of products what would you guys recomend to remove all products, is a 50/50 mix of IPA water ok or is that more for light cleaning. I just read another post about using color x as a OTC cleaner is this a fairly safe product? recomended?

Thanks for all the advice in advance!

If you are going to wash, clay, and use an SSR all your wax & sealants will be gone at this point. After using an SSR a lot of people will clean up with a 50/50 alcohol mix to remove any fillers, oils, and dust from the polish. As you state, this gives the LSP a clean surface to bond to, but also allows you to see better the work the polish has done.

If you're not going to use an SSR, I don't know that the alcohol mix will remove sealants. I know it will remove wax, but I'm not sure about sealants.

Would not AIO be appropriate to do what you are asking to do?
Yes, that and Propolish would also do well.
Iso mix you would use you wanted check your work while doing paint correction.

ColorX is a one step, and it may have bonding issues under a sealant.

Good luck

I use a wax & grease remover that body shops use, like DuPont, Tumbler, or Zep ID Orange--there are many and are 96% the same.
But any polish system should do mostly the same thing.

Thanks for the responses!

Where do you guys get your spray bottles? Do you guys reuse the spray bottles from QD's stuff like that? I found some decent rubbermaid ones at walmart that are chemical resistant (used for my APC) but it was about 5 bucks a piece.

Spray bottles are a real crap shoot at the local level. Even some of the on-line vendors have had some problems. Not with the bottles, but with the sprayers.
FWIW, my suggestion.
1. Buy spray bottles with oz. graduations marked on the side for ease in diluting concentrated products.
2. If the sprayers are less than satisfactory, order some sprayers from Poorboy. They seem to do the best job of any I have tried, regular or foam.

I tried the Zep from Home Depot because they were recommended by several people. Kept the bottles, gave away the sprayers. The Rubbermaid sprayers seem to be the same as the Zep although I haven't tried them. The Zep were about $4, I think.
I now buy the cheapest I can find, usually about a buck, try the sprayer and if I don't like it, replace the sprayer with one from Poorboy's.

costco has a pack of five for about 8.99 of heavy duty spray bottles. its not in the automotive cleaning isle, but in the household cleaning section.

The Rubbemaid ones look to be the same or similar tio the Zep sprayers, but unless you actually use a sprayer, the way it looks doesn't tell you a lot about the performance.
As I remember it, I wasn't able to get what I wanted for a fine spray from the nozzle, One brand tended to drip some from the nazzle after you stopped squeezing the trigger, but I don't remember now if that was the Zep or not. Overall, the Zep didn't work any better than my 99 cent specials from various stores and not as good as some.
