Tired of hand polishing/waxing, what's the best substitute for sore arms?

I'm looking to save my arms/shoulders from polishing and waxing. Both of our cars have good paint so I don't need to do any correction, although I might need to later as the cars get older. My basic routine is to wash with ONR, apply DG105 and finish off with AW.

What machine is getting the current recommendation from everyone? Also, what pads should I get?

ruleof72- For what you're planning, I'd go with the Griot's Garage 6" random orbital. You could just use the Griot's pads with your DG 105 to keep things simple.

Ok, I've spent some time researching and it looks like the Griot's 6" is the one to get. Now, should I stick with the Griot's pads or get something else? It looks like the Red pad is what I'd use for sealants and the Orange would be used for the 105 or other polishes. Is that correct? If not Griot's pads, would the Lake Country pads be a good choice?

The Griot's orange pad is a bit too gentle for serious correction with aggressive compounds, but fine for milder work and it lasts forever. Yeah, use their red pad for LSPs.
