The main problem for the jeep right now is this paint problem

It seems like clear coat, but i need the input of the experts in the forum

another one from the other side.

and the final problem is this wheel with some type of spots all over the place.

Pls let me know what are the best solution and alternatives ( what pads and products) for this problem.

It looks definitly looks like clear coat failure on both, the paint and the wheel. Something definitly pitted/etched that aluminum. Not much you can do with that damage except a re-paint.
