Those Darn White Dots

Beemerboy

Just One More Coat
Over the weekend I put a fresh coat of Natty's on my black BMW...the hood is real clean and almost swirl free...or as close as I need it to be,,,,anyway the car has a taste over 100K on it and some rock chips and little nicks that are here and there on the hood...Once I get done the car hood looks great but where the little rock chips / nicks are wax has built-up in them.....After a few washes they go away but I'm wondering what I might do to get them cleaned up after I get done waxing?

Alcohol and water was one that I was thinking, but that would remove the wax..right?

I've used a QD for that purpose and it seemed to work for me.
S&W might be a good product to try.

It might be worth looking into a different LSP that didn't leave the white residue.

If you figure it out let me know. It drives me nuts, most of mine are on the front part of my hood and my bumper.

The one thing that I was going to try next time was to wash the car and that takes the wax residue out for the most part...I just hate to work on the car then have to wax again
