Those CRAZY Paste Wax Combos.......

usdm

I'll figure it out....
What ever happened to them? Just curious, cause I've been looking at my

pastes, and I am feeeling a lil crazy myself. I mean, what would you call

a combination of Pink Wax, and 476? Or how about #26 with Nattys?, Or maybe,

just maybe, a combo of #16, PW, 476, #26, and Nattys put together? Would the

detailing world be prepared for the next super ridicuolous, straight up bannans paste

wax? Would you be man or woman enough to withstand the potentially mind

altering aroma of melted wax in a pot? Do you have what it takes to create the

most incredibly user freindly, gloss up the wazoo, shine for months type of wax

that only demented Autopians could think of? WELL DO YOU?..................

C'mon People, who's with me dammint!

Well, we didn't give up when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor, and what do you have to lose, but seven years of college...down the drain...

:rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl

Seriously though, it's beginning to get to me guys. I am seriously thinking

about getting a hot plate and some pots to melt and mix. Only thing I dont

have is a proper container for the mix: something that can fit a 4" foam pad,

or something I can pop out of the container to apply to a pad for a DA.

#26, PW, with a lil 476 for added durability: I think this would look great on dark cars.

#16, Nattys with a lil 476 for more durabillty: I think this would be great for ligher colors

What say you guys?

Me too. Easy 4-6 months of durability too.

Now, this is what I am talking about......men,,,,,,,,fearless men............men

that mixed waxes to make a hybrid super wax..........................this is what

I am aspiring to.......just as soon as I can get the pots.

KEEP HOPE ALIVE

You shouldn't be blazing when you're... oh.... pots. Ok that makes sense now. Yah.

For whoever is melting wax down, don't forget to add two doses per ounce of Polycharger CH2. The PC will cause the wax to lose a little solidity so now would be a good time to add some straight up carnauba. Who was it that can get a hold of pure carnauba? Well get a hold of him and mix in carnauba flake into your PC'd paste wax concoction. TRY IT.

plz?

I’ve currently got a mix of #16, #26, Natty’s blue, and p21s going on, and I must say that it might be an expensive “go to wax however the shine and durability are well worth the cost.

Overboard…….Maybe, but who really cares.

Wow never thought about ever mixing waxes together. I have quite a few that I don't use no more.

Hows this for a combo? P21S and AJT? would that work?

Since carnauba paste waxes are blends of various concentrations of carnauba, solvent, and frequently other waxes and polymers, which are combined by heating to their melting point, another member decided to see if he could improve his "blend" by combining two paste waxes in a thread I don't have time to look for right now.

I'm not sure if you could combine a paste wax with AJT, but that seems a bit far afield from what the OP was suggesting.
