This little Wurlitzer (sp) has a full restoration it was in a movie and the guy that owns it is a pilot for the movie industry. Anyway its up for sale and I thought that for some of you might like to take a look a memory lane:lmfao
 
when I WAS 20 I use to work for a company that sold juke boxes.the real famous juke box was the one that played 45'S and had bubbles going through it .It use to go for $10,000 now about 25,000
 
We just launched a new oldies station (everything old is new again!), and it would look great in our lobby... do you have a contact, or is it already sold?

Oh, yeah, we're definitely dating ourselves with this thread!!

But it's still nice to bring back memories of those days, when we were "young & carefree"! (As long as we can still remember!)

Nice machine. I seen a few in my time, but I think this style was coming to an end. Do you remember when diners had look juke boxes in the boothes?

What do you mean remember....
The ones by me still have them
Of course I used to put in a quarter and get a few songs now I have to a dollar to hear one:(

I have seen them still in diners on LI and NYC area. I hear ya about the price increase.
