The floor was in terrible shape - spent over 4 hours on it. :down

With floors like that, it may be worth biting the bullet after you save up and buy a portable spotter / extractor.

1 - thanks!

2 - due to hot weather (sun) pwc is the only choice I have. Even if I don't get a chance to add a wax/sealant, the finish is incredible with it.

3 - I do use my LGM to extract and works really well. Do you mean to get a REAL extractor?
 
Very nice...if you don't mind me asking, what was your total time spent and what'd you charge? I have alot of customers with carpet like that and I feel I charge too little.

Normally I'd charge $250.00 but because I worked on his friend's 6 months old Chevy SUV last saturday and charged him $200 for it I guess he told him that I'd charge him the same.



7:30am to 1:30pm



I try to make $40.00 per hour
