Thinking about getting a rotary Opinions please

Yes, the PC (dual action polisher) has.

Thus, this is one thing to consider in buying a "rotary."

I'm talking about the PC "rotary", the one i've owned for a few years now. PC stands for "Porter Cable" not dual action polisher, they make many products.

Do a google on "trigger lock rotary" see what the first entry is.

Yes, I know the PC. I thought you were referring to the 7424, since it is not only a popular dual-action polisher but also a popular Porter Cable product in general.

BTW, what's the minimum trigger-lock speed of the 7428 at speed 1 (1000-1200 rpm)?

Anyway, what I'm just trying to point out is that, some generic brand rotaries are not capable of running at low speed (unlike the 9227, and your 7428, and dewalt 849 as well)...

i.e. Ryobi polishers
