They say we charge to much?

How does what an extractor do get compared to hand scrubbing? Two different functions altogether. Ideally you should be doing both, scrubbing to break up the dirt, extracting to flush the fibers of dirt and chemical.

Its all about time and physical exertion...
 
We've cleaned sooooo many nasty interiors over the years that I can count on 2 hands the times where I wish I had an extractor (we started off having 4 machines and didn't feel the need to replace them as they failed). If you know what you're doing, hand cleaning fabric is on par with extraction as far as time & quality. The key to insuring the best final result in both methods is pre-cleaning, not so much the actual final cleaning. Many times after pre-cleaning a carpet, it only marginally improves the appearance after final scrubbing to completition.

I with the part of pre-cleaning, I think it makes all the difference for me.
