The Poorboys WW Micro Fiber Apron

Beemerboy

Just One More Coat
I picked up two aprons over the holiday one for myself and my BnL....I used mine to cook Christmas Day Dinner in and it worked just like a charm...today I cleaned my BMW using it and wanted to review it for the others.

The first thing that you will notice once its out of the bag is that its very well made...the stitching feels very strong and no chances of ripping...the neck strap and tie straps are two inches wide...the neck strap has a lot of room to get in over your head...even with my big head ego:rofl..

There are three pockets on the front that are 8 inches wide by 10 inches deep...that hold anything real well...The over all length I'm not sure of but this is designed to fit even the largest of detailers:D

I have a 38 inch waist and I'm 5' 6" and the bottom before tieing it was just at knee level.

I doubled mine a bit by the waist and could wrap the tie chords all the way around to tie very easy in the front..making it even better for me to hook spray bottles on.

The best thing is that you can lean all over the car with no worries of doing any harm to the car...that's a big plus!

Anyone looking for a good detail / cooking / BBQ apron this is a good choice!

I had ordered an apron as well. I am not tall (just 5'8"+) but would work best for someone at least 6'+ (Steve?, Pockets?, cavemen?). When I put it on, the lower edge extended well below my knees.

I plan to modify the extra large neck strap loop to make it smaller to raise the apron higher on the body since this determines just how far it hangs down rather than trying to double it in the center.

I am sorry..no pics will be shown.:D

Poorboy 6' , Pockets 6'1", and caveman 4' ..lol

pulling it up in the middle and then tying it is the easiest way ;)

That is what I have done as well. IT is very large. I am 6'2" with room to spare. It is also very comfortable. I am glad that I ordered one!!

Man, I haven't been really keeping an eye on the detailing world lately. This is something I see myself buying very soon :rockon I'll probably buy a couple, as I've recently taken up a job at my friend's 4WD shop. This is a great solution for working under the hood :)

Expect an order from me soon :D

Just received mine today. As noted it fits my frame (6'1"+), seems to be of very good construction. The wide neck strap should come in handy when the pockets are loaded with product.

That's why I didn't order one when I ordered the S&W. It looked big on Pockets and I'm only 5'8", a massive 150 pounds.
